Lisa Ahern

Lisa is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP, advising for a broad range of health care related organizations including not-for-profit and for-profit hospitals and health care systems, physician practices, urgent care organizations, medication monitoring companies, ambulatory surgery centers, dialysis clinics, managed care companies, dental plans, medical device manufacturers, and pharmaceutical companies.

Lisa has significant experience in advising health care provider organizations on various transactional and financial issues. She frequently conducts pre-transaction strategy work, including integration planning and synergy/efficiency study analyses on behalf of health care provider organizations for purposes of post-transaction integration and/or regulatory review.

Lisa has presented findings to boards of directors, executives, and management, as well as the Federal Trade Commission and a variety of other regulatory agencies on behalf of clients on several occasions. She commonly assesses the financial condition of health care organizations.
