Jamie leads Deloitte Consulting’s Merchandising Practice. He has more than 25 years of both consulting and retail experience in merchandising and planning and has helped many leading retailers change how they do things. He is known as an innovative problem-solver who brings both a strategic and operational perspective to delivering client outcomes. He is recognized for his deep expertise at the heart of merchandising and planning, helping clients transform across people, process, and technology – such as through omni-channel transformation, end-to-end integrated planning, assortment planning, and automation/analytics.
