Leeann is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Sustainability and ESG services practice. She has 20 years of professional experience, including more than 11 years of experience with the firm focused on governance and risk management efforts.
Formerly a professional with Deloitte’s Center for Board Effectiveness, Leeann has experience across multiple industries and advises executives, boards of directors and others active in governance on specific risk topics.
Currently, Leeann works with clients to build their ESG governance models, and understand the link between material sustainability information and financial performance. Her work also includes assisting clients in creating sustainability reports that adhere to recognized standards. Leeann is a frequent speaker on ESG oversight in the boardroom and has written on ESG topics, including corporate purpose, ESG oversight disclosures in the proxy statement and the incorporation of ESG metrics in executive compensation plans.
