Lisa Vannis

Lisa is an Audit & Assurance Partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in Cincinnati, serving as the Office Audit Leader for Cincinnati, Dayton, and Louisville as well as the Deputy Growth Leader for those offices, along with Columbus and Indianapolis. She has more than 15 years of accounting and audit experience serving public and private multinational companies in the life sciences, media, retail, consumer products, manufacturing, and transportation industries which includes coordination of audit, tax, and enterprise risk services. Lisa has assisted clients with complex technical accounting matters such as revenue recognition; acquisition, divestiture, restructuring, debt and equity transactions; as well as with SEC reporting, including initial public offerings and debt and equity filings. She has deep technical knowledge of SEC, PCAOB, and US GAAP standards and is accredited in IFRS. Lisa has a BS in Business Administration, Accountancy and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
