Lynn Staner

Lynn is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in the Atlanta office. She has served a wide range of clients in the transportation & logisitics, oil & gas, retail, and healthcare/not for profit industries. Lynn has significant experience with PCAOB and AICPA clients and with ICFR, purchase accounting, and debt and equity offerings. She has led SOX readiness and internal control rationalization projects, accounting on-call engagements and worked with many companies on the adoption of ASC 606 and ASC 842. Lynn holds both a BA in Business and Economics and a MA in Accountancy from Rhodes College. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
