Mark S. Davis

Mark is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in the New York office, and specializes in IPO and SPAC transactions in his role as the Tri-State IPO Readiness Leader. He has more than 30 years of accounting and auditing experience and has served companies from various industries. Mark has assisted many clients through initial public offerings, spin-offs/carve-outs and acquisitions. He has been a recurring speaker at NASDAQ and industry-sponsored events.

Mark previously served as national managing partner of Deloitte Private Enterprises, managing partner of the Long Island office, and lead the east coast middle market Audit & Assurance practice.

Mark has been honored by several leading Long Island civic and business organizations, including Adelphi’s “Accountant of the Year,” Long Island Business News’ “40 Under 40,” ACIT’s Humanitarian of the Year, and as the Champion of the Long Island American Heart Association Walk-a-Thon.
