Marcy Stulce

Marcy is a Tax principal in Deloitte’s Multistate Tax Services Practice. She has more than 25 years of experience as a tax professional in public accounting, the energy industry, and government. Prior to working with Deloitte Tax LLP, Marcy managed state and local audits for BP America, Inc. and worked as a tax auditor for the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.

Marcy serves clients in various industries. Oil and gas, power and utility, manufacturing, construction, food service, healthcare, and retail are some of the industries she serves and leads engagements. Her indirect tax engagements include: audit defense/assistance, refund/credit reviews, managed audits, tax process reviews/improvements, due diligence, and tax research/planning.

Assisting clients with their sales and use tax audits and refunds has allowed Marcy the opportunity to work with multiple state and local jurisdictions. Some of the states include, California, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas. Through these various projects, Marcy has established and continues to maintain professional working relationships with several tax authorities.
