Mark Sodano

Mark is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in the Parsippany office, leading growth in the Life Sciences and Health Care industry. He has more than 20 years of experience serving companies in the life sciences industry, with clients ranging from pre-revenue development stage entities to Fortune 500, multi-national companies.

He has extensive experience with SEC filings, initial public offerings, other equity offerings, business combinations, fair value accounting, revenue recognition, complex equity arrangements, and accounting for income taxes. Mark has also served on advisory projects for both early-stage and large companies helping them address complex accounting matters and advising them when persuing a public offering. Mark is the Life Sciences and Healthcare Audit leader for the Greater Tri-State region. He holds a BS in Accounting from Montclair State University.
