Martha is a managing director for Deloitte’s Finance & Enterprise Performance Consulting practice, focused on finance modernization and transformation. She advises finance executives and delivers integrated solutions that transform their operations, technology, workforce, and operating model. Martha has more than 18 years of experience working across all finance functions to solve complex financial, strategy, process, post-M&A integration, change management, tax, FP&A, technology, regulatory, restructuring, and operational challenges.
Martha has supported and advised her clients through major events such as business model or strategy changes, M&A transactions, ERP or technology implementations, world health crises, and regulatory requirements, turning them into catalysts for transforming and building modernized finance capabilities. Martha also leads the Deloitte Lights Out FinanceTM offering that develops and delivers connected end-to-end process automation.
