Melissa is a partner in Deloitte & Touche’s Audit and Assurance practice. She has more than 25 years of experience with a specialization in serving the real estate industry. In addition to providing audit and advisory services to real estate clients, she has experience in IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, private placements, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and Securities and Exchange Commission financial reporting requirements. Melissa worked in the real estate sectors of land development, REITs (healthcare, office, retail, industrial, integrated casino resorts and multi-family), and hospitality.
