Michelle is a senior manager in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Finance & Enterprise Performance practice. She has more than 10 years of experience centered around leading CFO organizations through the entire lifecycle of their transformational efforts. Her experience includes developing a short-term/long-term strategy for the organization’s path forward, developing a plan and delivering a required enterprise-wide technology solution, revamping the finance operating model, modernizing end-to-end processes, and advising through M&A transactions (pre and post Day 1).
Recently, she led a client’s commercial finance organization in a multi-year operationalizing transfer pricing program where change management and buy-in from all the in-country CFOs was most imperative. Additionally, she helped another client through modernizing their intercompany processes to add the required transparency needed to adapt to the US tax reform legislation.
