Michelle Colacion

Michelle has more than 10 years of experience helping health care providers identify and implement significant bottom-line savings through IT-enabled supply chain transformation. She specializes in driving cost reduction strategies for physician preference items (PPI), clinical and non-clinical supplies, and purchased services and drugs—and has helped lead numerous ERP implementations and procure-to-pay optimizations.

Michelle also helps manage Deloitte’s Supplier Risk Mitigation Program, which gives health care providers early and deep visibility into potential supply chain disruptions, via AI technology, with proactive decision support to help them make more confident decisions while building greater resiliency and efficiencies for the future.

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and her Masters of Health Administration from Cornell University’s Sloan Program.
