Mike Olesin

Mike is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP based in the New York office, leading growth in the Energy, Resources and Industrials industry. Mike has more than 25 years with Deloitte and serves as the National Audit Leader for the Japanese Services Group, the National Industrial Products & Construction Sub-Sector leader and the Greater Tri-State leader of the Energy, Resources & Industrials industry.

He specializes in External Audit, Accounting, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Internal Controls, and International Financial Reporting Standards and has extensive experience with technical accounting areas including joint venture structuring, consolidation accounting, equity method investments, amongst others. He graduated from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management. Mike is a licensed CPA in the states of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
