He advises general counsel, corporate secretaries, and other executives on legal entity management matters encompassing compliance, corporate governance, and risk. Michael works with clients to deliver innovative transformation solutions to optimize processes, resource utilization and overall effectiveness as they carry out their roles and responsibilities.
Michael brings more than 20 years of experience advising Deloitte clients on governance, risk, and compliance matters.
Michael is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and New Jersey, is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
