Mark Weatherly

Mark is an executive specialist in Deloitte’s Federal Government practice, where he focuses on assisting civilian agencies to improve their performance, program analyses, and customer service. He is an expert in the design and implementation of major programmatic reforms, the effective management of federal financial and tangible assets, as well as in budget development, justification, and execution. Prior to joining Deloitte, Mark was for more than 15 years the senior career executive in the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) leading the budget, policy and management oversight of numerous civilian agencies, including the Departments of Treasury, Housing, Commerce, Energy and Agriculture, as well as SBA, NASA, NSF, the Corps of Engineers and independent regulators such as the FDIC, SEC, FCC, and CFPB.
