Patrick Nealon is a Managing Director and serves as the Workforce Transformation Offering Leader for Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) Human Capital practice.
Mr. Nealon has 30+ years of government and industry experience helping leaders, teams, and organizations improve performance and make positive impact on their customers and people. He leads projects solving complex talent challenges across the Federal, State & Local, Higher Education, and Not-for-Profit markets in the areas of workforce strategies, data analytics, workforce development, rewards, well-being and equity.
Mr. Nealon previously held leadership roles within the firm including the Deputy Chief Talent Officer for Deloitte’s US Consulting Practice and Chief Talent Officer for Deloitte’s Federal Practice. He has built and led numerous accounts and offerings across the practice.
