Pat Ogawa

Pat is a managing director, Deloitte Consulting LLP, serving as a global lead client service partner in Deloitte’s Retail, Wholesale & Distribution practice. For more than 30 years, he has worked with many of the world’s largest consumer industry companies to help them drive strategic initiatives, and organizational change. Pat consults with clients so they can strategize against the changing competitive environment and the rapidly evolving technology landscape. Pat's career has focused on emerging digital trends and changing business models. He was one of the leaders on the launch of Deloitte’s digital business, Deloitte Digital. Pat is one of the leaders of the Deloitte sponsored Black Boardroom Initiative and the Equitable Board Network, a national network of board readiness programs providing education, networking, visibility, and support, to executives from historically marginalized racial and ethnic groups.

Pat serves as the Board Chair of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound.
