Paul is a managing director in the Infrastructure and Capital Projects Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory practice of Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics LLP, in the Houston office. He has more than 30 years of experience assisting independent oil and gas operator companies to establish project goals and objectives, baseline execution plans, procurement/contract strategy, and execution performance of project teams on complex projects. He has supported clients with projects across the development lifecycle, from concept select, through execute, and hand-over to operations.
