Phil Nix

Phil is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP and has more than 20 years of audit experience in public accounting, mainly serving clients in the hospitality industry as well as a diverse portfolio of consumer businesses. Phil has been responsible for planning and executing global integrated and non-integrated audits and advising management as they analyze complex accounting and internal control matters. Leveraging his diverse technical background and deep professional network, Phil has advised his clients as they navigate merger and acquisitions transactions, spin-offs and divestitures, equity and debt offerings, and the implementation of new accounting standards. Phil is also Deloitte’s US Timeshare Audit Practice Leader, responsible for establishing business strategy, consulting with clients on industry-specific accounting and auditing matters, communicating emerging issues to professionals and clients, representing and speaking on behalf of Deloitte at industry conferences, and facilitating risk management. Phil earned his MBA at the University of Central Florida.
