Paul Mlynarski

Paul is a partner in the Business Tax Services group of Deloitte Tax LLP and has extensive experience serving clients in the telecommunications, technology and media industries. Paul has served as a global lead tax partner on inbound clients as well as US multinationals. He has worked closely with clients in tax provision preparation under International Financial Reporting Standards and ASC740, enhancing strategic tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers, employee mobility issues, state and local tax minimizing strategies, stock option planning and income deferral, expense recognition matters, and tax compliance matters.
