Reed Kirschling

Reed advises clients on cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings, foreign tax credit matters, and overall cash repatriation.

Reed is member of the American Institute of CPAs Technical Resource Panel on International Tax. He is a frequent speaker at Deloitte Tax trainings and those of other organizations, such as Practising Law Institute. He is a regular contributor to Deloitte Tax publications on international tax.

Reed obtained a bachelor’s degree in finance, investment, banking, and management from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a JD from Marquette University.
