Rick McLaughlin

Rick is a managing director for Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he serves as the leader of the Power, Utilities & Renewables Digital practice. For more than 30 years, Rick has specialized in the delivery of business and technology enterprise transformation programs for power and utility clients with a focus on customer transformation solutions. He has provided management and IT consulting services for a wide variety of clients, including several Fortune 500 energy clients. Rick has specialized in the formulation and execution technology-enabled customer transformation services.

Rick enjoys being in a highly talented, team-oriented environment that allows him to work with clients in finding solutions to meet customer expectations. He values Deloitte’s focus on delivering consistent, high-quality experiences to its clients. Outside of work, Rick enjoys fishing, golfing and spending time with his family. He gives back to his community by serving in various roles at his church.
