Rod Gauer

Rod is a partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP and the US IPO Execution Services offering leader. His 30-year career in public accounting has been spent serving clients ranging from large, publicly traded global companies to private emerging growth companies in the media and entertainment, technology, software, retail, aerospace and defense, oil and gas, and industrial sectors. Throughout his career, Rod has participated in public offerings involving equity and debt and has extensive experience with accounting topics, including revenue recognition, share-based compensation and business combinations. He also serves as co-leader of our US Audit Readiness Services offering.

He is a certified public accountant in California and has a Bachelor of Arts in business economics, with an emphasis in accounting, from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
