Managing Director │ Human Capital as a Service
Robert is a managing director in Deloitte's Human Capital practice. Since joining Deloitte in 2004, he has been instrumental in helping many large, global clients across various industries implement technology-enabled programs that have transformed their Human Resources organizations.
Robert's primary focus has always been on client service, and he has a solid track record of delivering to our most complex clients. As the leader of these programs, Robert connects technology capabilities with business objectives and helps our clients realize business value. He emphasizes continuous innovation, leading-edge thinking, value creation, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and developing people as he collaborates with our clients. Robert's management of HR transformation programs has spanned many software packages over the years, most recently including cloud HR packages.
Robert's current role within Deloitte's Human Capital practice is as a leader in our Human Capital as a Service practice, where he focuses on creating opportunities for clients to maximize the value of their HR cloud technology investments. Additionally, he leads our efforts to create and deliver operate-focused HR Business Process Enablement solutions.
