Sam Icasiano

Sam is a managing director in Deloitte’s Cyber Risk—Strategy and Governance practice. He has a variety of experience delivering services to Energy, Resources, and Industrial clients, with a specialization in the Power, Utilities, and Renewables sector. He has a diverse set of experience, holding certifications as a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Project Management Professional (PMP). He leads programs with his clients to transform their cybersecurity programs, through strategy development, technology enablement, and innovation, supported by cost-benefit analysis. He is a leader in NERC CIP cybersecurity regulatory standards and programs, TSA Gas Pipeline Security Directives, NIST CSF, and Operational Technology security programs.

He leads organizations in their Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management programs, including developing new continuous monitoring approaches to mitigate third-party and supply chain risk.
