Sara Lademan

Sara is a partner in Deloitte’s Risk & Financial Advisory group and is the US leader for the Third-Party Assurance practice. Sara has more than 20 years of experience in risk, internal controls, auditing, and compliance. In her current role as leader of US Third-Party Assurance, she leads Deloitte’s practice that performs attestation and assessment related engagements to help companies provide assurance to key stakeholders. Throughout her career, she has helped companies identify gaps and strengthen their internal controls through various projects that span across external audit, internal audit, SOC examinations, M&A and divestitures, ERP implementations, and cyber security. Sara is also one of Deloitte’s National Office consultation resources to assist engagement teams in complex judgments.
