Sarah Benveniste

Sarah is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in the New York office, and specializes in serving growth companies and advising on IPO Readiness in her role as the Tri-State Emerging Growth Company Leader. With more than 19 years of experience at Deloitte, she serves as the Lead Client Service Partner for clients in the Technology, Media, and e-commerce industries. Her clients have included large and private companies, and she currently focuses on high-growth companies.

Sarah is highly experienced in technical matters such as revenue recognition, equity transactions, acquisitions, Sarbanes Oxley testing and various SEC filings. She serves as an engagement quality control reviewer for certain technology and consumer clients. As the Tri-State Emerging Growth Company Leader, Sarah leads projects focused on innovating the audit process, audit methodology and talent matters. She is a graduate of Lehigh University and a licensed CPA in the states of New Jersey and New York. Sarah is also a member of the United Way of New York City’s Women United, Executive Committee.
