Shalini is a principal in Deloitte’s Technology Media and Telecom Industry, with a focus on Mergers, Acquisitions, Restructuring & Transformation for Technology, Space Industry and Private Equity Clients. Shalini has over 16 years of consulting experience leading M&A transactions across the deal life cycle from M&A strategy and diligence to execution for acquisitions and carve-outs and also leading large, complex, and multi-faceted transformations. She currently leads Deloitte's Tech Media and Telco Space Vertical and owns the relationship with a top tier Private Equity.
