Sarah is a principal in the Human Capital practice and currently serves as the national leader of the Workforce Transformation practice. Sarah works with our multinational clients to deploy, develop and retain talent globally. Her focus today is helping clients address the complex and evolving global environment by strengthening the intersections between technology and talent. Sarah excels at driving innovative approaches to serve clients and transform via a highly collaborative approach. She has more than 25 years of experience in leading global projects, advising clients to develop and execute global talent-mobility strategies, programs and service delivery models–serving clients across industries.
Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics and French from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Master of Arts in Intercultural Relations from Lesley College. Sarah serves on the Advisory Board of the Posse Foundation and the Women’s Leadership Advisory Board of Gustavus Adolphus College.
