Sona is a managing director in the Deloitte Consulting LLP Human Capital Practice, focusing on Workforce Transformation and is the Eightfold Alliance Leader.

With more than 25 years experience in consulting and Talent Acquisition leadership roles, Sona has helped Fortune 500 and growing mid-size organizations across all industries strategize, design, implement and optimize a broad array of Human Capital solutions that align people, process and technology with organizational strategy. As part of the Deloitte Workforce Transformation leadership team, she collaborates with colleagues and clients to reimagine talent strategies across talent acquisition, talent management and career mobility, diversity, equity and inclusion, leadership, learning, rewards and wellbeing.
