Seema is a managing partner and serves as vice chair and US Clients, Industries and Insights Leader for Deloitte LLP, overseeing Deloitte’s approach to serving clients in the marketplace, as well as its industry and thought leadership development programs. Seema previously served as the national industry leader for the US Consumer practice which comprises retail, consumer products, transportation, hospitality and services, and automotive.
Seema has a history of serving some of Deloitte’s largest and most complex global clients with distinction and has led teams in providing due diligence, tax, information technology, and other specialized services. Seema has more than 20 years of experience working with publicly and privately held clients and is recognized as a subject-matter specialist in numerous areas, including initial public offerings.
In 2017, The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) named Seema to their Board of Directors. In addition to her role as a member of the NAM Board of Directors, Seema serves as vice chair of The Manufacturing Institute’s STEP (Science, Technology, Engineering and Production) Ahead initiative, which showcases the impact of women in manufacturing to help attract and retain the talent the industry needs to succeed. She has also had the privilege to speak at a number of industry events, including Automotive News' Leading Women Network Conference.
