Seema Pajula serves as a Chief Growth Officer at Deloitte. In this role, she is responsible for driving growth across the organization by building profitable, scalable business practices and deepening client relationships.
She is a partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP. With over 28 years of experience working with both publicly and privately held clients across multiple consumer and industrial product industry sectors, her work focuses on providing integrated services to clients across the entire value chain. Previously serving as the US Clients, Industries & Insights Leader for Deloitte and leading the US Consumer Industry, Seema has helped clients navigate challenges in product and service innovation, talent shortages, trade and regulatory environments, and new business models.
Outside of Deloitte, Seema has served on the board of directors for the National Association of Manufacturers and as vice chair of The Manufacturing Institute’s STEP Ahead Initiative, championing women in manufacturing. She is actively involved in the Chicago community, serving as a board member for Chicago Scholars Foundation and Leadership Greater Chicago to help develop emerging leaders.
Seema holds a degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two daughters.
