Summer Taylor

Summer provides auditing, financial reporting, accounting and consulting services to publicly traded and privately held companies. She has direct experience assisting clients navigate the complexities in US GAAP, SEC reporting and IPO's, public debt offerings, and private equity transactions. Summer dedicated her career to serving the retail, consumer products, agribusiness, and manufacturing industries. She is also an award winning instructor for the CalCPA Education Foundation, teaching a variety of technical courses. Summer is the Diversity & Inclusion lead for Deloitte's Orange County office.
