Susan (Susie) Kurowski

Susie is a seasoned Audit & Assurance partner with an extensive background in SEC financial reporting and accounting. With more than 25 years of experience, she has provided accounting and auditing services to major clients in a range of industries. She effectively addresses topics inherent to multinational corporations, such as global audit coordination, outsourcing, tax planning, and compliance risk management, having worked with 23 Deloitte member firms to deliver strong client service.

Susie has assisted clients in executing numerous significant transactions, including dispositions, reorganizations, and more than 20 acquisitions. She advises clients on the financial reporting and accounting implications of SEC registration and reporting. She quickly develops strong working relationships and possesses a keen ability to understand her clients’ businesses, anticipate issues, solve audit problems, and work with management and audit committees to achieve seamless delivery of Deloitte’s full range of services.
