Steven Tapp is a Managing Director in the Deloitte Government and Public Services (GPS) practice and serves as the GPS Civil Sector Risk and Financial Advisory Leader. Steven has more than 30 years of experience managing major finance transformation and compliance programs for large complex organizations. His experience includes performing risk assessments, designing and executing comprehensive plans, and overseeing financial management activities. His work has encompassed the breadth of operations and systems at both federal agencies and commercial enterprises. As a seasoned CPA, he brings a well-rounded background in accounting advisory projects and has in-depth knowledge of Federal regulations and guidelines.
