Theresa is a leader at Deloitte Consulting LLP within the Ecosystems and Alliances Practice. She leads a large-scale ecosystem on behalf of Deloitte’s Smart Manufacturing Offering and the 2022 opening of The Smart Factory @ Wichita, a groundbreaking, immersive learning environment for business leaders to experience and test smart manufacturing solutions. The facility, convened by Deloitte, brings together the technology offerings and expertise of 20 ecosystem partners.
Theresa helped build the ecosystem strategy and methodology that leverages Deloitte’s existing relationships and brings them together with net new partnerships across both mature organizations and innovative start-ups to help drive efficiencies in operations and across end-to-end supply value chains for our clients.
Theresa joined Deloitte in 2016 to help develop Deloitte’s Advisory Operate portfolio of solutions, and previously spent 10 years in sales, sales strategy, and change management with FedEx Services. She brings a unique mix of sales, industry strategy, change management, consulting, and technology experience, combined with a broad range of alliance and startup knowledge to clients looking to drive year-over-year success.
