Tim Lapetina

Tim is a partner in Deloitte’s Tax Transformation practice. Currently, he leads the Ecosystems & Alliances vertical for Deloitte Tax LLP and manages several of Deloitte Tax’s largest strategic vendor relationships. Tim is part of the Transformation Leadership team with a focus on creating inorganic growth opportunities through acquisitions, alliances, ecosystems, and teaming.

Prior to his current role, Tim spent more than 25 years in client service, advising partnerships and other flow-through entities regarding the US federal tax impact of complex transactions. Tim has substantial experience working with clients in UP-C and UP-REIT initial public offering structures.

Tim is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
