Tony Goncalves

Tony has more than 23 years of experience serving large domestic and multinational companies in the aerospace and defense, insurance, biotech, midtech and technology industries. He performs pre-issuance reviews of documents to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (including initial public offerings, SPACS, merger and acquisition transactions, spin transactions, transfer of interest, periodic reports on Forms 10-K and 10-Q), and foreign private issuers who file under IFRS or home country GAAP. Tony often does presentations on SEC updates for clients, prospective clients, and or groups including CPE days. Tony also consults on financial statement presentation matters, digital assets and IFRS reporting as part of National Office.

Tony also advises and assist clients pursuing an IPO; SPACs; Divestitures, Carve-outs and Spin-offs; cross border transactions; and with complex SEC Reporting matters including.

Tony’s previous experience includes three years with Deloitte’s London Center Global IFRS and Offerings Services Group. In this capacity, he worked with companies reporting under IFRS and US GAAP that have raised capital in public and private offerings in the United States and companies that were registered with the SEC.
