Tim leads Deloitte Consulting's US Regional Banking practice which serves a range of clients that include retail and investment banks, wealth and asset managers, exchanges and financial technology providers.
With more than 24 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, Tim specializes in performance improvement, operating model transformations, merger and acquisition execution, regulatory compliance initiatives, enterprise data management and other large transformative programs.
He serves as the overall Deloitte Consulting leader for several large financial services accounts while also maintaining hands on delivery responsibilities for multiple engagements. Tim also serves as the Consulting Leader for the Carolinas practice.
