Urnav is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Federal Human Capital practice with more than 13 years of experience managing and executing complex engagements for federal organizations. He has assisted over a dozen federal organizations implementing and analyzing human capital related programs. His experience includes the implementation and integration of multiple service delivery models (including shared services), programmatic evaluation and transformation, workforce analytics and planning, redesign of business processes, business case development, design and implementation of effective governance structures, transformational change management, and the design and implementation of HR technology solutions.
