William (Bill) is a managing director with Deloitte Consulting LLP in the US Strategy practice, Monitor Deloitte, where Bill serves as the strategy lead for Deloitte’s Civilian sector, as well as the lead for the Federal Aviation Administration account. His engagements have addressed a number of management issues, including corporate portfolio strategy, business unit strategy, cost management, and organization strategy and transformation. Bill has more than 15 years of experience advising senior government officials and corporate executives on a range of strategic and operational issues associated with institutional performance, competitiveness, economic development, and security.
