Zillah is a principal at Deloitte Consulting within the Technology Strategy and Business Transformation practice. Zillah has more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience, leading and managing business transformations and delivering large-scale technology solutions for Global Energy, Resources and Industrials clients. Zillah defines and implements IT strategies for Energy and Resources clients, helping major corporations operationalize business and IT strategies, while also improving the effectiveness of their technology processes. She has deep expertise in aligning IT strategies to architecture, governance, program management, operating models, and service management.
Throughout Zillah’s career, she has been the program leader for multiple global business-led and technology-enabled transformations. Zillah’s depth of experience in establishing and successfully leading $200M+ programs is highly sought after. Zillah has consistently drawn praise for the impact she makes through her leadership in delivering technology solutions for her clients.
Zillah plays a key role on Deloitte’s Emerging Technology Executive Council, where she is at the forefront of defining technology trends. She is focused on the development of CIO’s and leads numerous CIO Transition Labs, is the Co-Dean of the Next Generation CIO Academy and faculty for the CIO Executive Women’s Forum.
Zillah is the Lead Consulting Partner for a marquee Oil, Gas and Chemicals client. She has also served as the Talent and Inclusion Leader for Deloitte’s Energy, Resources and Industrials practice, committed to supporting talent and creating an inclusive culture.
She has worked extensively in the Energy, Resources and Industrials industry in multiple countries, covering chemical and industrial products, upstream, midstream, and oilfield services.
Zillah holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Mathematical Sciences from the University of Western Australia. She is a certified Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
