- Possibility to work part-time (80% for all positions)
- Remote working when possible (already pre-COVID-19)
- Sabbatical/unpaid leave of up to six months
- Purchase of up to ten additional days of holiday per year

Being a parent can be both exciting and challenging. To juggle the struggle of balancing both your family and your job, we offer the following support for our working parents:
- Free coaching and workshops for new parents
- 26 weeks of paid maternity leave after giving birth
- Four weeks of paternity leave
- Possibility to work part-time
- Sickness of a child: If your child is sick, you’re entitled to 3 paid days to take care of them per child under 15 years of age
- Allowance for additional childcare: In case you need to organise additional childcare due to circumstances related to work, Deloitte will refund the cost of up to 150 CHF per day per child
- Nursing rooms in all offices and new working parent meeting rooms in our Zurich office
