Deloitte China assists listing of Guofu Hydrogen on SEHK

Deloitte China supported the listing of Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co. (Guofu Hydrogen, stock ticker: 02582.HK) on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK) on 15 November 2024. This is the 1st IPO for a hydrogen energy storage and transport equipment manufacturer in Hong Kong.

Guofu Hydrogen offered about 6 million shares at HKD65 each, raising around HKD390 million.
