Deloitte RPA is on Duty-RPA for Tariff Exclusion for Some US Imports under Market-based Purchase

Background

On 17 February 2020, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council gave an announcement on Starting the Work on Tariff Exclusion for Some US Imports under Market-based Purchase. According to the announcement, tariffs on products imported from the United States that meet certain conditions, will no longer be imposed against the US Section 301 measures.
