Deloitte China Top Employer award for 11th  consecutive year

Distinctive talent experience fosters high performing culture

Deloitte China has been recognized for the 11th consecutive year as a Top Employer by the independent Top Employers Institute*. Deloitte was one of only 57 awarded for 2016 from a field of hundreds of organizations that participated in the stringent certification process.

The certification process covers the many dimensions that contribute to an effective human resource culture. Being certified as top employer is valuable benchmarking for assessing the employment environment we have created as part of our high performing culture. Sustained success in the competitive global marketplace requires us to perform at the highest level. Chief Operating Officer, Mark Robinson, who collected the award on behalf of Deloitte China, says "Our certification as a 2016 Top Employer is an important milestone but it does not mark the end of our journey. Being a Top Employer means continuous commitment to adapt and excel in response to significant ongoing changes in our business and communities."

* The Top Employers Institute is an independent organization operating globally and headquartered in the Netherlands since 1991. Companies participating in Top Employers Institute's certification program must complete a stringent research process – the Top Employers Institutes' international HR Best Practices Survey. All answers were independently audited (Grant Thornton) through the document inspections and validation interviews, meaning the research has verified our outstanding employee conditions and earned us a coveted spot among a select group of certified Top Employers. This year, 57 companies/organizations in China are certified as Top Employers.

The Top Employers Institute assessed participating organizations on criteria including Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning, On-boarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Career & Succession Management, Compensation & Benefits and Culture.

Deloitte China earned the Top Employer certification because our employee offerings across all measured criteria surpassed the required certification standards.
