A feasibility is conducted to assess the feasibility of implementation of an electronic submission system through which the public can submit the electronic forms as well as building plan over the internet. Study on the adoption of digital technology Building Information Modeling for Building Plan is explored as well as its compliance with Building Ordinance are assessed.
