■About Tokyo Rainbow Pride

Tokyo Rainbow Pride is one of the largest LGBT+ related events in Asia to celebrate diversity and empower inclusive society where everyone, including LGBT+ members and sexual minorities, can connect to pursue the society where they can be true to themselves without discrimination or stereotypes. This year, an offline event will be held for the first time since 2019.

■Deloitte Tohmatsu Group’s participation in the “Tokyo Rainbow Pride”

Deloitte Tohmatsu Group has been supporting Tokyo Rainbow Pride since 2018. This year, under the concept of #ConnectForTheNext, Deloitte Tohmatsu will be opening a booth in collaboration with ReBit, a certified NPO that aims for a society where all children, including LGBT+, can grow up as their authentic selves. Various insights on LGBT+ initiatives at workplaces will be shared by Deloitte Tohmatsu, for those who are considering starting initiatives.

In addition, as one form of #ConnectForTheNext, we will have a message board for participants to share comments on Tokyo Rainbow Pride, thoughts on education for the next generation, Ally message and more, to be turned into donations based on the number of messages – connecting everyone’s allyship for the next.

*In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, entry to the Pride Festival held at Yoyogi Park, viewing the stage, and participation in the Pride Parade are subject to registration (prior reservation required). Please refer to the official website for details.
