Deloitte Legal advised Erste Group Bank AG and Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien AG in connection with granting the financing to Immofinanz Group for the portfolio of Stop Shop retail parks

Lawyers from Deloitte Legal advised the lenders in connection with granting the financing in the amount exceeding EUR 60,000,000 to companies being the owners of Stop Shop retail parks located in 11 cities in Poland. Our scope of work included comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of transaction under Polish law, in particular preparation and negotiation of finance documents with regard to the refinancing of existing indebtedness and granting the additional facility, support in the fulfilment of conditions precedent to the first utilization and property legal due diligence review.
