Deloitte reinforces its real estate advisory team with BPS services

In the real estate team, Sylwia Toczyska will be expanding the product offering to the industry using advanced technological solutions. Her job will be to plan and deliver the firm’s long-term strategic perspective and raise the awareness of Deloitte’s comprehensive services (tax and accounting outsourcing, tax and transactional advisory services and legal services) among real estate entities. Ultimately, Sylwia will be responsible for the delivery of BPS’s ambitious plans for growth and for keeping and ensuring the quality of relationships with key clients and business partners in Poland and abroad.

Sylwia Toczyska is a licensed tax advisor with 20 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting (IFRS, US GAAP) and tax services provided to international business, including private equity funds.

She support entities operating in various sectors of the economy, with particular focus on the real estate sector. She was involved in major transactions recently carried out in the real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe by investors from Europe, Asia and USA.

She is a mentor in Top Woman in Real Estate in which she supports and promotes the advancement of women in business. She regularly takes part in local and international industrial events. She is a speaker in international conferences and writes publications on tax issues.
