Our Return to Work programme is about nurturing diverse talent, in a way that works best for you. So, having experienced your career break, you can re-start ready and inspired to make an impact that matters.
Are you ready to continue your career?
Whether you’ve been exploring the world or spent time with your family, if you’ve taken a voluntary career break of two years or more our Return to Work programme is for you. All we ask is that, prior to your break, you had at least five years’ experience in professional services and a minimum two years in a similar position to the role you want to apply for.
20* weeks of support – and a potential career opportunity
Our Return to Work programme runs four days a week, for 20* weeks. Open to anyone who’s taken a voluntary career break of two years or more, it’s designed to refresh your knowledge and skills, and boost your workplace confidence. And it could lead on to an exciting career opportunity. (*NB for some areas of the business the programme will run for 25 weeks)
Whatever you’ve been up to, we know it will have enriched who you are and what you can offer our clients and business. This is about giving you the time and support you need to readjust and explore your options.
You’ll benefit from group induction sessions, mentoring and project experience, and the chance to work with some of the most inspiring people in business – not least your fellow returners.
Two thirds of the people who joined the programme last year have now transitioned into a permanent or contract role with the firm.
